You’ll have plenty to do as you scope out the selection of gorgeously handcrafted wreaths, centerpieces, garland, and kissing balls.

A visit to Nutkin Knoll Farm could never be complete without picking up some maple syrup products! Their selection of sweets is to die for with maple cream, maple popcorn, and maple cotton candy being just a few of their bestsellers.

3. Balsam Ridge Christmas Tree Farm, Raymond ME

One of the most popular Christmas tree farms in Maine, Balsam Ridge Christmas Tree Farm offers a fantastic Christmas experience.

Offering both pre cut and cut your own options, there are plenty of choices for Christmas trees at this Maine tree farm, but that’s not all you’ll find out at Balsam Ridge.

Visit the gift shop and sugar house to pick up some great holiday gifts, including the maple syrup and maple syrup treats that they make in house. This is a great opportunity to take care of some of that Christmas shopping list while you’re picking up your tree, too!

4. Burgess Tree Farm, Newport ME

One of the top Christmas tree farms in Maine, Burgess Tree Farm has a great selection of Maine Balsam Fir to choose from, whether you decide to go with the pre cut or to cut your own.

Also available are beautifully hand crafted Maine grown wreaths. Sometimes you can even find hot cider offered at this cute Maine Christmas tree farm.

5. Moose Hill Farm, Fayette ME

Coffee, cookies, cocoa, and Christmas trees, that’s just some of what you’ll find at Moose Hill Farm in Fayette! Beautiful Moose Hill Farm offers both cut-your-own and pre-cut Balsam Firs, along with gorgeously handcrafted wreaths made right on the farm.

In addition to their lovely wreaths, you will also find a diverse assortment of Christmas ornaments and cute Christmas tchotchkes to make your home feel extra festive and fun for the holidays!

Complimentary coffee, cocoa, and cookies will make you feel right at home while you check out the selection of Moose Hill Farm’s homemade jams and jellies. These make an amazing addition to any holiday meal served with fresh-from-the-oven rolls!

6. Beech Ridge Farm, Scarborough ME

Beech Ridge Farm in Scarborough offers a quaint Maine Christmas tree farm experience with both pre cut varieties and plenty of cut your own choices, as well.

7. The Old Farm Christmas Place, Cape Elizabeth ME

On the National Register of Historic Places, The Old Farm Christmas Place in Cape Elizabeth still features the original pre-1790 cape-style home with most original features intact. This beautiful property is all old-fashioned Christmas charm and one of the prettiest Christmas tree farms in the state.

You can roam the fields of Balsam Firs to search for and cut down your tree yourself or you can choose from the selection of pre-cut trees, and there are wreaths and other handcrafted Christmas decorations for sale in the Old Farm Store.

Wagon rides, complimentary hot cocoa and cider, and a roaring fire to warm yourself by will have you feeling like you have stepped back in time to a quaint Christmas from eras gone by!

One of the best Maine Christmas tree farms for decades, Piper Mountain Christmas Tree Farm in Newburgh draws in visitors from hundreds of miles around (and several states away!) for their generous selection of healthy trees, stellar customer service, and lovely Christmas activities, such as their weekend horse-drawn carriage rides.

This gorgeous family farm has been growing Christmas trees since the 70s and has even provided an 18-foot Christmas tree to the White House before!

You decide if you’d like to make your way through the fields of fragrant Balsam Firs to cut your own tree down or choose from one of their fresh pre-cut options.

Once you’ve picked out your perfect Tannenbaum, head up to the shop where you can warm up with warm cider, cocoa, and freshly-baked cider doughnuts while you explore their extensive Christmas decoration offerings.
